Off-Campus Housing

Because there is no College-owned, on-campus housing at Platt College, Student Services is happy to assist with rental housing options for incoming and current students. College staff does not inspect the units, nor does it warrant any of the information provided by the properties. Please perform a thorough inspection before moving into any property.

Platt College is located off of Orchard Rd., a major thoroughfare road, so there are lots of available options for rental housing that works with your budget. Current rental housing opportunities may be found here. (Apartments.com), or you can Google "apartments for rent near 80111".

Still need help with housing or paying your utility bills? Contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
