Responsible Executive Office: President/CEO 

Purpose: To outline the procedure for employees to request funds for memberships and subscriptions.

Policy:

I. Platt College encourages faculty and staff to have memberships and subscriptions to various applicable organizations.  Memberships and subscriptions are evaluated on the relevancy in terms of the individual’s job description. 

II. The President or his or her designee must approve all college memberships and subscriptions.

III. Proposed memberships and subscriptions must be requisitioned following the college’s membership/subscription request procedure.
