The Prior Credit Evaluation Form is applicable to new students prior to beginning the program and/or within the first two quarters of the program. 

For students who wish to use VA educational benefits, the VA requires that all prior courses, credits and military training/experience be evaluated for transfer credit in accordance with our college Policy 02:14:00 Transfer Credit for transfer credit appropriate to the student’s program.
