Purpose:

To delineate the lines of responsibility and authority within the organizational structure of the College.

Created: July 27, 2009, Revised: January 17, 2011, November 25, 2014 to reflect organizational chart, February 23, 2021 to reflect changes in organizational chart.

Policy:

I. The President of the College is the Chief Executive Officer of the College and reports directly to the Platt College Board of Directors. 

II.The following positions report directly to the President of the College:

• Chief Financial Officer
• Dean of Nursing
• Director of Financial Aid

III. In the absence of the President, temporary responsibility for the operation of the college shall be delegated to the Chief Financial Officer.

IV. The organizational chart delineates the functions, operating units, and lines of responsibility and authority for the college. The President is responsible for submitting, for approval by the Board of Directors, any revisions in the College’s organizational chart.
