Purpose: To assign responsibility for the selection of textbooks and ancillary course materials, establish requirements relative to their use, and minimize costs while maintaining quality of education and academic freedom.

Purpose: To articulate the process/procedure for developing and maintaining academic institutional articulation agreements that promote and encourage student achievement at the graduate school level and facilitate the transfer of course credits and a smooth transition from one degree program to another.

Purpose: To outline the procedure for employees to request funds for memberships and subscriptions.

I. Platt College encourages faculty and staff to have memberships and subscriptions to various applicable organizations.  Memberships and subscriptions are evaluated on the relevancy in terms of the individual’s job description.
