Request a Transcript
In order to receive or have an official transcript mailed to another college, university, or potential place of employment, an Official Transcript Request Form must be completed and mailed directly to Platt College with a $5.00 processing fee (-by money order, check, or cash); current students do not have to pay this fee. Please make sure to completely fill out and sign the form before submitting.

Effective Wednesday, October 21, 2009, these policies and procedures will replace all previous policies and procedures of Platt College. In the event of a conflict between the College Catalog, any college handbook, and the updated policies and procedures, the policy and procedures will prevail.
